1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or purchasing from ozeypearl.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. O ZEY Pearl reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. ABOUT OZEY PEARL

O ZEY Pearl is a freshwater pearl jewelry brand operating under OZEY CO LLC, a registered limited liability company in the United States. Every piece is designed in house from our base in Los Angeles — from concept to the final form, entirely our own. We source exclusively AAA grade freshwater pearls directly from Shanxiahu, Zhuji in Zhejiang Province, China — the Pearl Capital of the world, responsible for 73% of the global freshwater pearl supply — and through Kobe, Japan, the global center for pearl processing and distribution, long regarded as the standard for quality and craft.

3. PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS

All products listed on ozeypearl.com are described as accurately as possible. Due to the natural origin of freshwater pearls, minor variations in shape, luster, size, and surface character are inherent and expected — these are not defects. Every OZEY piece is unique by nature.

Product colors may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device's display settings. OZEY Pearl is not responsible for color variations between screen display and the actual product.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. OZEY Pearl accepts all major credit cards and payment methods available through Shopify Payments.

Sales tax will be applied where required by law based on your shipping address.

O ZEY Pearl reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error or product unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5. DISCOUNT CODES & PROMOTIONS

  • New customer discount (15% off) applies to first-time purchases only, one use per customer
  • Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated
  • OZEY Pearl reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time
  • Discount codes have no cash value and are non-transferable
